H009 HETAS Service & Maintenance | 2 Day Practical & Theory (Two Days)

Did you come out of your association training course feeling like you didn’t have the confidence or the skills to carry out tasks like changing glass on stoves, drilling out damaged or corroded screws, cutting new threads, changing rope seals or changing components?

Our HETAS Servicing course has been developed in house by us at H Firkins and Sons. Developed to allow current installers or serving sweeps a route to become a HETAS-approved  servicing technician, with the confidence that they’d have undertaken servicing tasks in a sterile environment before doing it in customers houses.

Our version of this course isn’t the same as what’s available elsewhere. We have incorporated the real practical skills you need to service stoves.

HETAS is a leading name in the solid fuel industry – and becoming a HETAS-Approved Servicing Technician can give your business a marketing edge with high recognition levels among consumers and therefore your prospective customers! Organisations such as Savills and the National Trust insist that all chimney sweeps working on their jobs servicing stoves must have a registration with HETAS or equivalent in servicing.
